Cancellation Policy at Camping Waldsee

Camping sites:

Up to 30 days before arrival: 5 Euro processing fee,
Up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit
Up to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the deposit
Less than 8 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the deposit
Late arrival or early departure: The full invoice amount (as booked) is due

Rental facilities:

Up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit,
Up to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit,
Less than 31 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the deposit.
Late arrival or early departure: full invoice amount (as booked) is due

Cancellations must be made in writing and must include valid bank account information. The deposit paid will be refunded to the guest, minus the cancellation fees listed above. If the cancellation is sent by mail, the postmark will serve as the basis for calculating the flat-rate cancellation fees. Rescheduling is generally possible without the guest having any legally binding claim. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
